Kerri puts a huge emphasis on her expertise and knowledge of the market which has led her to expand her real estate education. She obtained her broker’s license in 2007 which is the highest level of real estate licensure the state provides. She opened her own brokerage in 2019, Kerri Real Estate. Kerri has also gone several steps further by earning the following designations: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). These designations required education classes that exceeded the state’s requirements and some even required high levels of production in order to be awarded. In short, all of this means you’re getting a professional real estate agent who has the experience and professionalism to guide you through any real estate transaction.
Kerri has a passion for San Antonio and has deep family roots here dating back to the Republic of Texas even though she grew up in Los Angeles, California. Her family has lived in San Antonio’s Alamo Heights area for years watching it evolve from a suburb into an inner-city neighborhood. This background gives her insight into native Texan characteristics while her experiences living outside of Texas help her relate to buyers moving into the area.
Kerri’s pride and joy is her family. Her husband is an attorney at Zachry Industrial. Both are graduates of Texas A&M University in College Station and proud Fightin’ Texas Aggies. They are also involved with their church, Saint Andrew’s Church. Kerri volunteers with the Battle of Flowers Association, National Charity League, Young Men’s Service League and her children’s schools. Together they are raising three beautifully strong-willed children: a son who is 14 years old, a daughter who is 13 years old and a second daughter who is 11 years old. They live in their Olmos Park home with their 2 dogs. When she is not placing a SOLD sign in a yard, you can find Kerri enjoying her family, spending time at their Lake McQueeney house, puttering around in her rose garden, playing soccer in her women’s league, studying her genealogy, or enjoying a good book.

Hayley Shalley
Hayley Shalley grew up in the Dallas area and then graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelors in Sport Management and a minor in Business. After college, Hayley and her husband, Jacob (also a Fightin’ Texas Aggie), moved frequently with Jacob’s career in construction and development. The couple lived in Dallas, Orange County, San Francisco, and Houston before making their best and final stop in San Antonio. Along this journey, Hayley found different careers in fundraising for college athletics, financial services (passing series 6 and 63), pharmaceutical benefits analysis, and product specialist for an online retailer. Hayley also led the charge in obtaining profitable real estate investments for her family. Throughout all these different career paths in various cities, one thing has been prevalent throughout Hayley’s professional career – her desire to help clients understand their needs and locate the perfect solution for them. Hayley will consistently put the customer’s needs and desires into action so her clients can enjoy a profitable future. With Hayley’s experience in business and real estate, she is ready and able to help you attain your real estate goals. Even though Hayley is not a San Antonio native, she has immersed herself in the San Antonio community. She loves that her kids can walk to Alamo Heights schools and take part in their neighborhood. When not selling real estate, you’ll find Hayley playing with her 3 kids (a 10-year-old boy, an 8-year-old girl, and a 4-year-old boy who attends St. Andrews Weekday School) and their English Cocker Spaniel. Hayley and her husband are involved in their church at Shearer Hills, and she is a leader with Bible Study Fellowship. With a love for music, you might bump into Hayley at a live band event or concert or see her staying active by working out and zipping around the community.
