Jack Foster’s roots run deep in Texas. Born and raised in the Lone Star State, he and his wife, Bonnie, have built their life together in some of Texas’ most vibrant communities — San Antonio, Houston, and Austin. Today, Jack brings that lifelong Texas connection, along with decades of executive leadership and real estate expertise, to both his residential and commercial real estate practice.

For more than 20 years, Jack served in senior leadership roles within the hospital and healthcare industry as CFO, Administrator, and CEO. One of his proudest professional accomplishments was helping bring the first physical rehabilitation hospital to the San Antonio Medical Center, combining strategic vision with operational execution to create lasting impact in the community. Prior to healthcare leadership, he built a strong professional foundation in banking, manufacturing, and public accounting, developing the financial insight, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities that continue to serve his real estate clients today.

A proud Longhorn, Jack earned his BBA in Accounting with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by his MBA from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He also earned permanent status as a Certified Cash Manager through the Association for Financial Professionals.

Jack’s real estate expertise spans both residential and commercial sectors. In residential real estate, he serves as a trusted advisor with a patient, thoughtful approach, helping clients navigate important life transitions with clarity and confidence. As a credentialed Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), he is skilled at assisting clients with important life transitions.  His strong local knowledge of San Antonio, particularly areas like Olmos Park and surrounding neighborhoods, allows him to provide personalized guidance for buyers, sellers, and relocating professionals.

On the commercial side, Jack offers extensive experience in tenant representation, with a strong concentration in healthcare and professional office properties. His commercial practice includes representing tenants in high-value lease negotiations for medical clinics, dental practices, and healthcare investment properties.

Whether helping a family buy or sell a home or advising a healthcare group on a major commercial lease, Jack approaches every client relationship with integrity, precision, and a commitment to long-term success.

Beyond his career, Jack’s heart is happiest tending his garden at home in Olmos Park, enjoying laughter-filled afternoons with his grandchildren in nearby Alamo Heights, and traveling with Bonnie to explore new places and create lasting memories together. His love for family, community, and excellence extends naturally into every aspect of his real estate practice.
