Jack Foster’s roots run deep in Texas. Born and raised in the Lone Star State, he and his wife, Bonnie, have built their life together in some of Texas’ most vibrant cities — San Antonio, Houston, and Austin.

For over two decades, Jack dedicated his career to the hospital and healthcare industry, serving in key leadership roles as CFO, Administrator, and CEO; and he was delighted with bringing the first ever physical rehabilitation hospital to the San Antonio Medical Center. Before that, he honed his skills in banking, manufacturing, and public accounting — experiences that gave him a broad, versatile foundation for problem-solving and leadership.

A proud Longhorn, Jack earned his BBA in Accounting with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, followed by his MBA from California State University Dominguez Hills. His professional achievements include earning permanent status as a Certified Cash Manager from the Association for Financial Professionals. Over the years, he has managed the oversight of more than 325,000 square feet of commercial space — from maintenance and construction to renovation and leasing.

Beyond his career, Jack’s heart is happiest tending his garden at home in Olmos Park, enjoying laughter-filled afternoons with his grandchildren in nearby Alamo Heights, and traveling with his wife to explore new places and create lasting memories together. His love for family, community, and excellence extends naturally to his work in real estate.
